Depending on the nature of the work, the following apply to domestic road transport: the General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC),

for cross-border road transport the CMR Convention and, in addition, the AVC 2002.

All our other work is subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX) with the exception of the arbitration clause in art. 23.

Regarding the above terms and conditions, the latest registered version always applies.
